Underworld Overview




PHOTOGRAPHER'S JOURNAL: Prisons are ideas, laws made stone, a foundation to support community and the Golden Rule, walls to make us trust, a blockhouse defense against the forces of entropy and madness.

I don't remember seeing any prison abandoned... ;))

It is rare that they abandon prisons. Usually they just have to build more. This one was first occupied in 1829. I can't think of very many public buildings that we use for such an extended period.
