Docking Rights

PHOTOGRAPHER'S JOURNAL:

Docking Rights

Just as the right to fish in a given "precinct" is passed from parent to child,
the use of a family dock seems to be be a family inheritance,
a place to launch traps from in spring
and to set them in fall,
a place of daily common purpose,
a place that ebbs and flows with the tide.

Amazing that bird squad... ;)

PS: Not interested in Costa Smeralda?

The rules of venerie indicate it is a gaggle, not a squad. Thanks. Off to Costa Smeraldanow, but I've been tied up with processing my Maine catch.
