Corn Harvesters near Hiddenhurst

PHOTOGRAPHER'S DIARY:

Flying toward the equinox,
the mystical shifting of polarities
that generates autumn perspirations
and soon mute frost.

Momently poised on the hillside,
between orbs, sifting light,
as the field is rolled and stored;
saving up the summer to feed the winter.

All life suspended in the flux between poles,
teetering on time,
like this photo, stop action,
while wheeling engines spin soundlessly.

Hi Ted! Glad to get here, this time to be rewarded with some awesome pictures! They're all excellent, but the Pond and the Autumn Palette are awesome!
Great work!

Want to have a look at a magic place: Delos, Apollo’s birthplace and home to Dionysus sanctuary? Blogtrotter has it! ;))
Hope you enjoy! Have a great weekend!

I'm off to visit Apollo now. The last time I went there it was when we recreated the temple in my classroom while the students tried Orestes for matricide. We did it annually. The most dog-breathed of my students always vied to be furies. I've never really been there so your pictures will be a treat.

Finding Hilltop Pond still on 3 different occasions was sheer luck. Thanks for the visit.

It must be an interesting experience, I mean the recreation with the students!
